Took road bike in for service with Steve at decathlon Portsmouth. He was very helpful, and let me know how much it was going to cost before doing any work. He let me know when it was ready, and the bike was like brand new. He knows so much about bikes and he gave me some great tips. Bike is alot better than it was and for a second hand bike that's a few years old, it now looks brand new! Can't recommend him enough, we will be going back!

Always very impressed with decathlon. It has everything you need to go camping and more. The Portsmouth one is a cut down version of the big ones but very well stocked and the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable when needed. The online ordering works well for items they don't hold in stock and their own brand products, Quechua are top quality.
Got what I needed very helpful staff in cycle area and on the check out. Note that it's card payment only at present. Will shop there again.
