Fabulous staff who went above and beyond to help me get the product I needed immediately. I was completely frazzled on arrival, but both the lady on the door and the gentleman expert were extremely helpful. Not often I find that nowadays. Great work and thank you.

On Tuesday afternoon we went to the Chichester store in search of a laptop computer. We found one but they had none in stock. The guy in charge found that the Portsmouth branch had three (i.e. two plus the display model). He knew the store manager at Portsmouth and phoned to see if they would reserve one for us, making it clear that we would not be able to pick up the laptop computer till Wednesday afternoon. This they agreed to do. We duly drove the 20 miles to Portsmouth on Wednesday afternoon. When we got there nobody seemed to know anything about it and the store manager had the day off! Eventually, we found someone whom the store manager had spoken to about our computer. He had reserved it but this reserve ran out at midnight on Tuesday. There were now no computers left, so we had a wasted journey. We were not well pleased. This was an example of incompetence on a grand scale.

Very professional environment. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable . They were able to direct us to where we needed to go and explained to us our options when our item we needed was not in stock. Big open space does not feel crowded and lots of great technology to test out. The whole store is wheelchair accessible and customer friendly. Would recommend just having a look round if you just wanna find some cool tech.

Disgusting customer service, ordered an item online to pick up in store. It then got cancelled then ten mins later said they would email me when I could collect. Made way to the store to see what the situation was. Ended up that it was cancelled with no explanation why. Given customer service number and when I finally got through and explained the situation I was rudely hung up on. Five days later the payment is still pending out of my bank account. Will never purchase from curry's again
