First time using this service but had a horrible experience. Two major problems, first, they didn’t get the job done, second , the person who works in reception was rude to customer. I will show all the photo evidence here in case I get attack. (My review is too long so I have to devide it into 2 parts) PART 1: 1.On the contract, you can clearly see that I would like them to clean inside the laptop, and replace the damage screws. On the works done session says cooling system cleaned, and 1 screw was rounded had to be drilled out. We had an agreement that they will replace the 2 damaged screws at the bottom of my laptop. But when I receive my computer, one damaged screw is gone and no screw to replace (could be reasonable but they didn’t explain why they put a small metal in my computer but not a screw ), and for the other damaged screw, they just simply screw it back to my computer, on top of that, you can see some other screws are slightly damaged after the work done. For replacing the 2 damaged screws, they had promised me will do the job but simply fail at the end, I have never seen any computer repair shops will put a damage screw back to a computer and claim it’s fixed, on top of that some other screws are slightly damaged after. This outcome only shows that they lack of responsibility of their job, and not being honest to customer. 2.When I collect my computer, the reception told me that the computer is clean, however when I get home, I realise my computer still full of dust on the side, I was not able to open the computer, but if they did clean it well, how come my computer still has so many obvious dust? At the end, I had to use my hair clip and a small brush to dig out some huge dust by myself. Whoever did this job had not done the job, or lack of reasonable skills to done the job, or they might even didn’t do the job on purpose ( I will explain why).

My switch lite had stopped charging. Took it to them and they found the issue and repaired it. Its now good as new. Knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced
