Beautiful harbour but would be even better if it was made into a marina as this is an ideal spot. It was perfect weather and everyone was out enjoying it. Lots of paddle boards and canoes and sounds of children enjoying themselves

The weekend of the raft race we got the chance to have a look around the lifeboat in Portrush Harbour. Wow what a job these guys do. It was like walking into the cockpit of a plane with the gadjets and gizmos. All this is needed to keep people safe. Give generously to the RNLI as you never know when you may need them. Normally they are selling items outside the ramp/offices. If you dont want any of the items just donate. Oh and the Harbour is a quiet place to sit and contemplate your thoughts.
