Lovely, family friendly place. Excellent food. Great service. Good value... but BE WARNED - this place is not doing the govt half price scheme in Aug '20 which caught us out! :-(

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff. The food was perfect. Really put a great end to our holiday in this amazing little village. Will definitely visit again just to try the lamb shank
The service was exceptional, we sat outside for a drink on this visit as we had our dog with us. As it started to rain we were invited inside where we witnessed possibly the best customer service I've seen for people coming to dine inside and once it stopped raining people coming to dine outside. Such a lovely welcome for all
What a lovely place to visit. Staff friendly and helpful, although it was just open after lockdown, they did their utmost to make everyone welcome. Restrictions adhered to at all times. We popped in just for a drink, but wanted to return later in the week for a meal, sadly not to be, the others in our party made decided something else for us. Returning again soon, and the first port of call will be the Portreeve restaurant, for sure, the menu looks fabulous. Can't wait.
Such a treat to find. The staff are efficient and friendly, the food is very good. Great little restaurant. Thanks to James for recommending it. Photos of very close surrounding area.
