Not much to say it's a small ferry port with a petrol station and shop near. Everything closed as on covid lockdown. Ferry staff friendly and helpful.

Small little terminal. Easy to get to, just a dot on the map. If you are taking the ferry off season and want to eat there is one place to do so before you board. The gentleman that lines you up if you are taking your car is fantastic. He is so friendly and johnny on the spot getting everyone set up.
Wonderful bay with the pier to the ferry linkspan. Uig has improved over recent years as there was nothing apart from the terminal itself, but now has the brewery and a fancy goods shop so can pass the time while waiting for the ferry. There is also the Bakur bar which also has a good restaurant.
