There is NO way to the platform 2, except a long scales up and down. So if you are with a pram, make sure that somebody will help you to carry it... And pay attention to the different timetables, sometimes they are old, and some trains are actually are buses, that you should take from a different place (under the bridge before the train station, mostly). No public WC.
