I had to find some place where some skilled guys could check my laptop and change the fan which made so much noise. I went to Megabit who presented themselves like true professionals. They listened to my concern and managed to solve the issue, which took about 14 days. They shared what they’ve done and answered all my questions and I really felt valued as a customer. I would recommend them for sure!

I have had an ongoing problem with the electricity in my apartment, which has fried the motherboard in two Macbook Pros in the apartment repeatedly. Megabit staff received me graciously despite how upsetting it is to lose your computer during these times of quarantine and telework. They performed top quality repair work, relatively quickly, and at a very fair price - I can't recommend them enough for any technical computer/phone issues - Megabit is the best computer repair service I have encountered in Portugal!
My MacBook Pro became unresponsive when I traveled to Porto and was in desperate need of a trustworthy repair shop to fix the problem for a reasonable price. i found Megabit on google and they were very helpful, fast, and affordable. They fixed the problem in 3 days. Very happy with their work! 10/10 would recommend if need an IT repair in Porto.

Megabit has gone out of its way to repair my iPhone, which suffered severe water damage. After a chemical bath drying the phone and an initial diagnostic, the prospects weren't good, but Megabit offered me clear opt-in and opt-out alternatives. After replacement of a couple of components, when the prospects of at least retrieving the data on my phone were still uncertain, they offered me the option of collecting my phone without paying for the replacements done or having them order further parts still, with a cap on the maximum cost to be covered. They were super responsive and transparent throughout and after the repairs they even shared the phone data with me remotely via a protected server and iCloud. I want to thank the entire Megabit team (many working hours went into this and several members offered technical support) and Hugo Gonçalves in particular for rendering such an outstanding service.
