The postmen don't ring your bell , they just leave an invoice and take your package back without ringing your door bell , 3 times this happened , the same package , only in portugal ,only with ctt - 0 score , don't use ctt unless you really don't have an alternative. In these dangerous times they force you to be exposed to covid by forcing you to retrieve your package in person, in the post office due to their own incompetence.

Had to send a large and heavy package to Australia and the staff were extremely helpful. They ran through different options to check shipping costs and went above and beyond to thouroughly wrap the package to ensure that it arrives safely. Not once did I feel rushed even though I took some stuff out to make it lighter. They gave me their full assistance and space to rummage through my things. After a long day trying to get this sorted it felt great to find such amazing customer service. Obrigada!
29/12/2020 Aggiornamento: Il pacco è stato consegnato! 30 giorni per arrivare a Nizza da Porto. La prossima volta lo affido a un pellegrino di Compostela, sarà più veloce e meno caro, oppure lo porterò a piedi. Vergognatevi! La mia esperienza è stata pessima. Per una piccola busta internazionale europea ho pagato 35,00 perché avevo la massima urgenza. Dopo 17 giorni la busta non è stata consegnata, e alla mia richiesta di rimborso mi hanno detto di farla sul web. Alla mia protesta hanno risposto:. \ Ma da Lisbona è partito.....\ Un concetto singolare di responsabilità. Nota bene: con 35 euro si compra un biglietto aereo per la Francia, altro che una busta.

여기서 한국으로 택배를 3개 보냈어요. 사람이 엄청 붐비진 않았지만 포르투갈이 어디든 그렇듯이 기다리는 시간이 제법 길었구요. 직원분 영어 저보다 잘하셔서 영어와 번역기어플 사용해서 택배 보내는거 어렵지 않았어요. 친절하게 잘해주셨어요! 박스는 우체국것 구입했는데, 엄청 크고 무거운 책 한권은 봉투가 찢어졌지만 조금 찍힌것 빼고는 무사히 왔고, 박스는 직원분이 직접 테이핑 하셨는데 괜찮을까 싶었는데 역시 뜯겨져서 왔지만 물건이 없어지진 않았어요. 충전재와 테이프 있음 직접 포장하시는거 추천할게요. 무게 2키로까지 맞추면 박스값까지 해서 일반택배로 3만원인데 이게 제일 저렴하고, 무게가 오를수록 요금은 기하급수적으로 늘어납니다. 꼭 2키로 맞추세요. 무거운거 하나보다 나눠서 보내는게 훨씬 싸요! 아줄레주 책이나 파두 씨디 같은 것 우체국이 젤 쌉니다. 아 왜인지 모르지만 카드가 안돼서 현금으로 계산했어요.
Bom dia, Não vejo menção na pagina de encerramento para almoço e, no entanto, quando perdi a minha hora de descanso e de almoço para lá ir, deparei-me na porta com hora e meia de encerramento. Deviam de , pelo menos, colocar essa informção na pagina. Obrigada!
Péssimo serviço já lá vai há 1 mês que me dirigi para obter as credenciais da minha App que fui obrigado a bloquear por motivos de segurança e até agora nada despois de tantos contacto e me dizerem que é hoje é amanhã e nada estou completamente desiludido
