I just had a baseline dyno test done on my Acura. Luckily I was able to get in pretty quick, only a few days needed to get a slot! Staff is really friendly overe here for sure and by the other stuff they have going on they are clearly qualified! Will be back again for tuning after some mods are done.
Staff were friendly and very professional. Came in needing a brake job done on a Japanese imported car. Unfortunately they weren't able to find any parts for it, to no fault of theirs, and didn't even charge me an inspection fee. Fantastic customer service from Nicole and the staff. Will definitely be coming back to get work done from them under different circumstances!
I took my 2006 Tacoma into a local dealership recently. The dealership recommended work totaling over 4000. The main work was an oil leak on the timing cover. The truck had a handful of other things needed, including the steering rack being replaced (having almost 200k miles on the OEM piece). I decided to take it into VIP as a second opinion option. Not only did Zack and Jorge fix the issues, they pointed out that some of the work recommended by the dealership was unnecessary and even found an issue with the valve cover gaskets that the dealership missed. Their time on the job was as promised and pricing was well below the dealership’s sky high parts & labor costs at a bit over 2500. The quality of the shop’s work seems evident. My truck is fixed as well, if not better than the dealership would do. Their front office person, Nicole, kept me up to date and informed over the two days that they had my truck. She even handed me a thank you note for my business aside from the invoice itself. It’s good to have a bit of personalized service these days. Thanks to the entire crew for keeping my favorite vehicle up and running! I’ll be bringing my business here in the future.
