DON'T believe it ... they left us abandoned at PDX w only way to get to car was cab for EXTRA 30 !!! Agent when we called to be picked up REFUSED name \they didn't feel like running the shuttle that nite !!!

*THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THEIR PARKING SERVICE * It was cheapest of all available options to me when I was planning on reserving a parking spot. The service was excellent, drivers courteous and helpful. It’s near to the airport and shuttle services run every 30 minutes. I called up the hotel on my return and they were at the airport to pick us up within minutes. Would recommend this place for parking.

Do NOT STAY HERE. They will charge you smoking fees even if you didnt smoke in the room. There was literally an empty pack of cigarettes in my trash can. It's total nonsense that they just charge you and tell you theres nothing you can do about it that they have \witnesses\. Total BS. I was less than 5 feet from the exit to outside, why would i smoke inside and pay a fee? I will never go here again and suggest you do the same.

Have only used the shuttle out and in from pdx.. Both times have been good they helped with luggage and only had to wait a few minutes once... The website says they only run every half hour.. I prefer to be early so this hasn't been a problem.
