We are so glad we had Brooke by our side during our pregnancy, labor and delivery. Brooke is very knowledgeable, experienced, and was very supportive of our decisions. She helped educate us on what to expect during labor and delivery but she also was there every step of the way to be our advocate and support. She truly was instrumental in helping us achieve a positive labor and delivery experience. Updated review: We loved Brooke so much for our first birth that we had to enlist her to help us through labor and delivery for baby #2. Again, we couldn't have done it without her. We were so glad to have her care and support again and we are so thankful for all of her help to achieving a positive birth experience for both of our kids.

Brooke was such an empowering force for my husband and I as we brought our little boy into the world. Her calm demeanor made the entire birth a very peaceful experience. Brooke is extremely attentive to your entire families needs and was 100% focused on exactly what we needed and when. We thoroughly enjoyed the two prenatal visits as Brooke educated and prepared us for a variety of possible outcomes. Her vast network and resources she taps into in Portland is amazing. Our postpartum visit also came at the perfect time as she was able to offer encouragement and help for all things related to feeding, healing, sleeping and emotional well-being. With Brooke by our side we had the perfect birth experience. What a blessing she has been and will continue to be to our family.
Brooke and Rebecca were so incredibly supportive, sweet, and knowledgeable. Our son came 10 weeks early and I don't know how I would have gotten through all the fear and craziness without them. They advocated for me and were there for us quickly when we needed them. I can't recommend them enough.
We feel deeply grateful to have had Rebecca and Brooke by our side through pregnancy and birth. They were unfailingly present with support, guidance, and resources as we prepared for our daughter’s arrival, and our prenatal visits and (many!) texts gave me the confidence to let go of the anxiety I felt around labor and delivery. Their wisdom also helped us make choices, including a third trimester provider change, that supported the type of birth that felt right for us and our baby. Even more helpful still was their gentle coaching on how to let go of control and be with the birth process as it unfolded. When it came time for our daughter to be born, labor went much faster than we expected. In the midst of that whirlwind, I remember so well the feeling of reassurance and safety I found in Brooke’s presence. She offered just the right words to help me trust in my intuition. So much of childbirth is out of our hands, but Brooke’s nurturing presence allowed me to believe in my ability to bring our daughter into this world safely and swiftly. A few months into motherhood, their postpartum encouragement continues to feel integral to our journey. As I reflect on becoming a parent, I cannot imagine birthing without the support of these two remarkable women. They are truly a gift and I look forward to calling on them again as our family grows.
I feel profoundly fortunate to have had Brooke as our doula for both of my births. Her depth of experience and thorough knowledge are obvious. Her style is one of support and respect for the birth you want to have and the person that you are. With her guidance I was able to identify and honor my particular needs and that allowed me to have overwhelmingly positive birth experiences, despite having complications both times. There is no choice around my births that I feel stronger about, than choosing Brooke as our doula.
