Definitely worth a visit, lovely walks in most directions with stunning views, you are able to climb some cliff tops (please be safe if you do( you are able to climb down into one cove. You really should climb to the top of the lighthouse. There's ample parking and a cafe on site.

Worth the money, a great tour and a bit of a tiring climb up the lighthouse, but is worth the view from the top. Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable on the history of the lighthouse and the surrounding areas. A must see when visiting Portland.

Beautiful views out to sea on a Day when the weather is nice, the light house itself was closed to public access unfortunately when we visited which was the only disappointment. The price of parking in the carpark was reasonable and there's a nice cafe for drinks and snacks while you admire the view's. Some of the shore line is accessible if you're brave enough, overall definitely worth a visit if the weather's right and you are in the area.

In terms of natural beauty, there are panoramic views of the sea which span so far you can almost see the curvature of the earth. Big blocks of granite create an other worldly landscape, and the wildness of the sea is truly breathtaking. There's so many currents in the waters, it's one of the hardest places to navigate on a boat in the UK apparently. Weirdly, there are no bins, so people have littered really badly. Please take your rubbish home
