The hands down best moto service and repair shop in town for high end bikes. The service techs are the best, but the service managers at the front desk could be a helping more friendly. Prices are a bit too high.

I live in south central Oregon, about 280miles from Portland. I have a beautiful 2012 Monster 1100, that I bought from Motocorsa a few years ago. Because of the distance from them, I have had to do most of the maintenance on “Sophia” myself. So, regarding Motocorsa and their Service and Parts departments. Both are fill with knowledgeable people and everyone that I have worked with has been arrogant, put out, or bothered with questions. Happy to help you spend money, but not eager to help you keep some, so not forthcoming with advice. The last experience was on the phone asking about replacement skins and “a waist of time” would not adequately describe the interaction. You all work in a great looking place. You work with an awesome product and unless the owner is a complete jack-wod and makes your day Hell (which is possible). How about you treat all people with love and respect, not just the ones dropping thousands. William Maddalena. A disappointed Ducatista. Feel free to call me, I should be in your system. 4/20/21 @ 1513 Update: First thank you for your prompt response. Second: the Chinese were able to help me.
Great customer service in every department !
Great people, fun and necessary place. Looking forward to my next visit.
Always a great experience here. One of the best MC shops in PDX.
MotoCorsa is always a great place to get my motorcycle accessories. Gram in apparel was able to help me with helmet choice and Todd Fitsgerald may have helped me find my next Ducati.
Great place, I've never felt rushed there. Salespeople are fantastic. I wish I could afford to buy everything I wanted there.
