The Service, communication and professionalism shown by Darren and his team at Portland estate agents was of a very high standard. The sale itself was taking longer than required (purchaser) was extremely difficult to deal with, Portland did the hard work and come through in the end. Well done Darren and team. I would recommend Portland Estate agents, they do what they say they will do.

Darren did a great job on what was a drawn out sale of our two bedroom flat. In my experience some estate agents wait for things to happen, but not with Darren, who was constantly chasing to ensure each element of the transaction went as quickly and smoothly as possible. Would use again and recommend.
Very good service from Portland Estates. The agent I dealt with, Marlon, was very helpful and responsive, and really easy to deal with. I recommend their services as a buyer and would happily use them again.
I've just completed on the sale of a property through Portland Estates and they changed my cliched opinion of estate agents! Darren and his team immediately & enthusiastically found a buyer then stuck with us calmly through 3 months of messy negotiations. He never hesitated to liaise with the various parties & offered us solid, considered advice every step of the way. It certainly wasn't their largest sale but I can't fault their professionalism, knowledge & responsiveness. Good people to do business with!
Great team work from Portlands letting Dpt. Andrew is very professional and laid out a comprehensive summary of services on offer. Ellie has done a fantastic job of keeping me posted on the progress of lettings. Dani followed up by confirming tenants moved in. This shows all good work is accomplished as a team.. great individuals working together to deliver... that’s Portland’s Well done!
