We had one of the nicest chip suppers here during our short stay in Portknockie. The kids enjoyed pop pop chicken, fishcakes, chicken fillets, nuggets and sausage which was all freshly cooked and tasted great. The fish suppers were delicious - not at all greasy and again - really fresh. Ended up with more than we could eat as the staff very kindly gave us the spare chips and chicken which were leftover (we were the last customers of the day). The staff were helpful, friendly and replied to our questions through Messenger. Good system to accommodate the need for social distancing. Wpild whole heartedly recommend.

Very good fish and chips. Batter very light and tasty, not greasy. Pies and sausages are expensive, compared to Manchester prices, but seem to be in line with other chippies in the area. Chips acceptable, freshly cooked. Good service, i will be back. Probably the best for miles around, not the best I have been to hence not 5 stars. Will be back next time I am in the area.

Great fish and chips mushu peas and gravy just the way god intended. The kids loved the scampi and the chicken nuggets were so big my youngest couldn't quite finish them (they were delicious).
Best chippy I've had in a while. Nice staff.
