No customer service. Just a quick „hello, can I help you?“ from a girl sitting on a chair at the till typing stuff into the computer and into her phone. She barely lifted her eyes. I collected all the flip flops I wanted to try. Afterwards, I wasn’t sure what to do with the ones I was not buying... so I started to hang them back all around the shop. I waited for her to offer help / ask me to leave it. No movement. Still busy with her private stuff on the computer. So basically I had to hang all 10 pairs back myself. Why do we have a shop assistant, then?

Me & my partner went to this store yesterday to purchase a pair of flip flops and the customer service was absolutely appauling! I very politely asked the shop assistant if she had a size 5 in a particular pair of flip flops and for no reason at all she gave me a very dirty look and very reluctantly went to look for a pair and rudely handed them to me and walked off! She didn't say a word and I found her body language and manner incredibly rude so on principle did not purchase them. Another couple also commented she needed a lesson in customer service as they too found her rude!
