Since merging porth farm i have seen this place go downhill fast. Worst thing they did. Cant even get through to em on phone now as a message says all lines are busy please try later..or the recorded message lies what number you are in que.

So frustrating to get an appointment here. I'm registered with the on line appointments system which lately only tells you that no appointments are available and to ring the practice. Ringing for appointment is a nightmare. Rang 15 times last week and didn't get to speak to anyone. Listening to recorded messages and the like is costly .

Treated my son well and caring but it was extremely hard to get an appointment here ... When I ring up for an appointment for myself I was on hold for over an hour only for the phone to be hung up and when I eventually did get through no appointments where available for the next week.

Very disappointing service, called in to book a travel vacation today, and they do not have availability until 11 Dec. where would people go if they need to travel for an urgent matter?? Me and my family is going to change GP and could not even recommend to our friends and family!!! DISGUSTING!

Spectacularly unhelpful receptionist who blocked all my attempts to speak to or see a GP. As I haven't seen a doctor in over 3 years it's not as if I am constantly requesting appointments and wasting GP's time. Kept insisting I must go online for an e-consultation. As I do not have internet access at home this would be impossible. No wonder people resort to going to AE for treatment.
