Julien at Giant saved my Rhône cycling vacation ! I’m an American in France for a cycling vacation with UK friends. One of my friends bought me a bike in London for the trip before I arrived; on the ferry I noticed that the skewers had non-standard security nuts - and my friend realized he’d left the tool behind. We had someone overnight the tool via DHL - and 2 days later DHL tracking shows the tool still in London and no out of hours CS # to call Late afternoon on the second day I get a flat; attempts to patch (with the wheel in situ) fail. Found that Giant is open till 7pm on Saturday ! My friends cycle ahead while I run 5 miles pushing the bike. Julian tried a couple of different approaches and finds a way of cutting off both skewers and replacing them with standard quick release skewers (and changes the tire for me) and has us on our way in less than an hour - while also taking care of other customers interspersed with working on my bike. I particularly liked that he wanted to help others and not keep them waiting the whole time ! Anyhow - huge shoutout to Julien for great customer service and to Giant for being open till 7pm on Saturday

Accueil nul... Il faut faire autre chose que du commerce. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger durant la réparation d'un vélo sur trépied. Le réparateur (proprio ?) m'a répondu avec condescendance à une question concernant le montage tubeless sur roue VTT: tubeless impossible avec grosse valve ??... Pour info cela existe bien, et je l'ai fait réaliser chez un autre marchand de cycle: un vrai PRO celui là !!
