after 19 years paying an overprized car insurance premuim of 260/year and not claiming any damages, Neil Rowley refused to cover my windshield damage of 458. Outrageous poor service of keeping my policy up to date, no flexibility at all towards a very loyal customer. I have re-contracted my 3rd party car insurance at 142/year elsewhere, including glass and other services
