We at Belvoir Chester moved into Bridgewater House after having a ceiling collapse at our office in Chester. Sallie and her team made the process of moving in and looking after us until we were able to move back to our office as seamless as possible. Thank you for everything and would recommend these offices either on a temporary basis or as a permanent home for any small business.

Spark Medical joined the team at Bridgewater House just over 9 months ago after working from home for over a year and it was the best decision we have made. After viewing what we would say nearly every serviced office facility across the Wirral and Cheshire West we came across Portal Business centre in Ellesmere Port and what a find! Walking in to an impressive reception area to be greeted by Lisa, Karen and Lesley we instantly new that this was going to be a great place for us and our team to be based from. The office areas are modern and clean and a really good size which we didn't find when we where looking at other offices. There is plenty of shared spaces with meeting rooms and break out areas which are ideal to get away from the office four walls. As we operate 7 days a week 365 days a year the benefit we found with Bridgewater House was that we had 24 hour access 7 days a week again this was a rare thing to find in serviced office complexes. The thing that makes the place for us though as the Portal Business centre staff. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They are friendly and will go out of the way to help you. Sally The owner of Portal business centre genuinely takes an interest in your business which we have found her really supportive. Lisa the sales manager ensures she guides you to the most suitable office and if like us your business grows rapidly she goes out of her way to move you to next suitable office as quickly as possible and in our case the same day! Karen and Lesley on reception give a really welcoming impression to your visitors and there customer service skills are excellent. We would highly recommend Portal Business centre and we couldn't thank the team there enough!

We have been in Bridgewater house for over 3 weeks now and they could not have made the whole experience any easier for us! From the day of enquiry everyone has been super helpful! We moved in within 2 days and it has felt like home ever since. The staff here are super helpful and all really nice and the office its self is perfect, always cleaned on a regular basis and the kitchen and toilet areas are always spotless. Make the move guys you will not regret it :)

What a (big) little gem Bridgewater House is. After I found them almost by accident whilst looking for office space, I called in late on a Friday afternoon. I expected to have to come back or make an appointment to have a chat about an office. Not so. The girls on the desk were incredibly helpful and took me on a little tour of the building, and showed me what free spaces they had available. I'd almost made my mind up there and then but after coming back the following week with a fresh head, the penny dropped. It was a no-brainer. Nowhere else was in the same league. The building is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, everyone is very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. If you're looking for an office space to rent in the area (at very reasonable rates too considering the services provided) then these are your guys.
