Disappointing experience. False advertising. They advertise a good dealer discount to pull you in but it was no where to be found in my quote. What I found in addition to the missing advertised discount was a fully marked up money factor. When I asked about the discount discrepancy I was ignored. I expressed my issues to their internet department and was ignored by them too. That is false advertising and an old crummy sales tactic that should be left behind. Customer service was unprofessional. I've noticed other reviews complaining about similar issues. There are other local dealers that don't use these tactics and came in over 100 a month less then here.

I was shopping for a truck. I am the owner of a mobile business and needed something reliable yet affordable to pull my trailer. This was the 5th dealership I went to. The market for trucks is pretty tight right now. The sales and finance team went above and beyond to provide me with all my options and give me the best deal as close to my budget as possible. As long as they continue with the level of customer service provided, I will be a customer for life. I don't have a negative thing to say from sales up to management. This is how vehicle shopping should be.
