Porta Nova is an Italian restaurant not far from the Glacis where the Schueberfouer usually takes place and otherwise being a huge parking space. Also the cemetery Notre-Dame and the cinema Utopia are right next to that restaurant. I visited this place in conjunction to a group meeting consisting of 23 persons. The restaurant had several disinfectant dispensers and divided us properly following the law into 3 groups (210, 13). As usual in the capital the prices are high. I had the pizza \Porta Nova\ for 18 which was good, it had enough ham and rocket. Unfortunately they were mostly dumped in the middle and fell off when I tried to cut slices to eat them with my hands. Cutting smaller pieces with my knife was - confirmed by others in the group - a pain to the finger as the knives weren't sharp enough for the doughs crust. In relation there wasn't enough \Philadelphia\, I barely tasted it. It is nice that they had hot oil to pour on the pizzas. (3 out of 4 points) Service was less nice. Even though I didn't come nor order last, I obtained my meal last. A handful of people were already done. Even worse, I saw two persons unrelated to our group who came in later getting pizzas before me - that's a no-go to me. Also the waiter made a snarky comment about how phones would eat first and my food would turn cold as I took a photo of the pizza - it's not his business what I do with my food I pay for. I tried to tell him that I am not drawing a painting but my French failed. Which brings me to the dessert I ordered. A tiramisu for a whopping 9 which I made no picture of as I got discouraged by the aforementioned comment, not a nice feeling. It was nicely decorated with cocoa powder, two cream toppings next to it and a few coffee beans. The tiramisu itself, unfortunately, didn't really taste better than from the supermarket. Other Italian restaurants do that better. (2 out of 4 points)

Astonishing prices for a few slices of vegetables! Ever paid 24 for half a cucumber with tomatoes and some half rotten sauces on the side? So: Great for vegans! And people who love to sit in a noise bowl! F this S.
Amazing restaurant.. Their meals are amazing. Dinner was fun, from the Starter to the Main course to the Desert.. Amazing amazing.
Nice location, the outside seating in the back of the restaurant is particularly nice. The italian food is average.
It's one of the best places in Luxembourg city centre. I've been there many times and recently with a large group of colleagues. The staff arranged the tables very quickly (we booked for 15 but we showed up in 20), the food arrived all at the same moment with very little wait. The food is good, the ambiance is always cheerful and the service is outstanding. I definitely recommend Porta Nova!

Always at his best, nothing to moan on there plates, even the choice is really big. The service is friendly. The location is always pretty full and consequently noisy. Parking spots around. Wheelchair accessible
