Extremely poor customer service. We were provided with second hand machines that do not work after signing a contract with them for new ones. No acknowledgement to emails or phone calls. Our issue has not been addressed since complaining to them on the day of delivery in February 2020. 1 star left because there is no option to leave zero! Avoid.

Excellent service! We had an issue wit our machine and a lovely woman named Liz came within one hour to fix it. Couldn't ask for a better service. Not to mention the quality of the drinks! Excellent coffee and also delicious hot chocolate. Definitely recommend this business!
I have a bean to cup coffee machine with Supavend and it is the best I have had knocks spots off other machines i have had previously. The rep is lovely and can't do enough for you. The office staff are very friendly and as always nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend these !
