Food was beautiful batter on the fish was so light. The jaffa cake dessert was so moorish. Plenty of flavoured gins to try. The staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely reccomend.

Tasty veggie/vegan option for Sunday lunch! Ordered a nut roast dinner that was served with a good range of vegetables. The nut roast was very tasty, as was the veggie-friendly gravy. A decent portion of each vegetable with zero complaints as to food quality. The staff were diligent and efficient in catering to a busy Sunday dinner room. Well thought out social-distancing measures politely enforced at all times. All customers appeared to be enjoying their meals in an aura of safety and it was particularly pleasing to know that plant-based customers are able to enjoy a meal with their carnivorous loved ones effectively.
What a great experience from start to finish. Fantastic staff, lovely food, great service. Lots of social distancing, sanitisers etc. We were made to feel so safe and so welcome. A shame we don't live locally because we would definitely visit this restaurant regularly. Highly recommended. 5 stars. A fantastic end to our mini break in Wales. Thank you.
Very unimpressed with the staff attitude. Went for a quick drink and food after work , my meal came wrong and my husband steak baguette was like rubber, he changed to just chips and a side as was so hungry didn’t want to wait for another meal to be cooked .. we ended up eating separate as he waiting another 15 minutes for what ended up up handful of chips , when we very politely complained about the portions size was met with a very rude response! When asking for the bill even that was wrong there was a added drink on the bill, we were even questioned about that ! We are regulars here only living few minutes away , was disappointed with rude staff , especially when we left and I heard them talking about us to the other diners there . Not professional at all !!
Stunning place. Can't argue with how much you have to do here. Bring your kids. They'll never be bored.
