Staff are politely over the top rude about using your own cotton recyclable bags. They prefer you to use their plastic baskets and catch covid from that. Uxbridge LCBO staff way more friendly and is way less stressful customer experience.

Well stocked store . What impressed me the most is when the front cash got to be busy she rang the bell and immediately two people jumped out and decided to help on cash. That impressed me. great service with a smile
I spend a LOT of time at the LCBO, just browsing, looking around, people watching, looking at new arrivals, checking at the specials. Every once in a while a bottle will tumble into my cart, and the magnetic carts won't let me put them back. As I'm greeted at the till, \you have very magical carts\, and they instantly understand what has happened.
Just before Christmas visit. Not crowded. Staff were wonderful.
Stopped to pick up drinks for the long weekend. Staff was friendly and happily welcomed my dog.
