I have worked with Port Express for 14 years now and during that time entrusted them with several major contracts. They have always provided a first class professional service that I know, and my customers know, I can always rely on. I cannot recommend Karl Dawson and his team highly enough.
Don't even remember being here. It didn't make a huge impression on me, clearly. If you like ports and you like them quickly then I guess this might be a good place to come but honestly, I wouldn't lay my last buck on it.
I had a poor experience with this company as two of the office staff were rude to me after another agency caused damage the night before to the lorry. I was offered a job with them, but they don’t pay very well. 8.50ph for a lorry driver is not very good.
Great service. Having worked with port express for a number of years, found them very flexible and going out of their way to assist throughout the problems encountered recently at Felixstowe
