Newer restaurant so things are still shiny and neat. Greatest burgers compared with other fast food joints. Looks like they also have heaters for the outdoor patio, which is great!
Dining room now open to order but not to eat in, patio available. Washrooms are also not open to the public. Burgers were hot and tasty. Masks are mandatory!
I've had some pretty poor customer service experiences here. I work nights, and from time to time stop in at this location to grab food for my break, several times I have gone and they have closed early, sometimes up to an hour earlier than their posted time, ergo now I have to go through my entire shift without a meal. On other occasions, I order and let them know of my coupon, I hand them my coupon, they take it, charge me full price, and do not supply me with a receipt which makes it look intentional and if not only stealing from the public potentially internal theft. We don't have a huge selection of quick take out food in port Elgin but I will make the effort to visit the other offerings before I come back here.
