I should have posted a review ages ago. I’m not much of a social media poster, but my experiences with Visions in Poco deserves my praise. I’m a car audio nut, and have had multiple experiences purchasing and having installs done by this location. Nipuna in the car audio department has always been awesome to deal with. Best prices, best customer service. You can’t go wrong with this guy. He’s very knowledgeable and goes out his way to provide the best service. The install bay has always done solid work on my cars as well.

I went in to visions Poco asked to just look around every one let me. I needed ask few questions every one was around to help. In retail world where you either are ignored or never left alone this was a refreshing experience. I recommend this location for any of your electronics needs.

I came in this afternoon to pick up a mobile internet device. The device was not in stock but they processed the activation promptly so that the device would be ready to go when I pick it up the next day. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a sim card at no cost which I appreciated. Thanks for the good service. :-)

My husband and I visited Vision electronics in search of a product we knew very little about and the salesman Nigel P was exceptionally patient and informative in the products we were searching for and also assisted in getting a discount on a fantastic gaming chair .Many thanks also to Adeeb for the pleasant conversation and his charitable donation for my senior care residents . And overall a great experience. Definitely going to make this our go to for electronics !

Excellent selection on car audio equipment and very helpful staff. I went to visions Port Coquitlam and was greeted by the car audio manager, Nipuna who was extremely helpful to me in choosing the correct equipment for my 4runner. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to add some extra kick to their vehicle sound system.

Any time i have been here, the staff have bent over backwards for me. Any issues with returns, they have been great and have made my life very easy. Mario, Khalid, the manager and warehouse staff helped me out today and all of them were super friendly. I will only be going here for my electronics from now on.
