It was my first time going to this location on a Saturday afternoon in mid November and I ordered a coffee and breakfast combo. Everything was good and exactly what I ordered. Great location right in front of the mall.

We’ve ordered coffee here before and had no issues until today (June 30th). The coffee was very weak and seemed to be watered down. We’ll probably avoid this Tim’s from now on.
I went there and ordered a plain bagel with butter and I got plain bagel with too much cream cheese it was absolutely disturbing. The customer service is never good, they never say thank you and never smile. Wish I would have had a better experience

Despite this location being the busiest in town, the employees have not been trained efficiently and often get your orders completely wrong. For example; if you order two cream and one sugar in your coffee, do not be surprised if you receive two cream and one milk. This location is easy to access and has the most space for drive through vehicles of the three locations in town.
They refused to serve me for not wearing a mask, which I am exempted from wearing.. While there was 4 people sitting without wearing a mask or eating.. They are clueless about mask exemptions. Called head office they were shocked and agreed with me, they will be contacting them and correcting them!
No warm food ready ever . Whether it's 10 AM or 6 PM . No soups , chilli's. Nothing ready ever . They should just take it off menu
