Two weeks in a row I've been disappointed. Ordered tenders during the double down sale and got scrawnyest excuse for a piece of chicken I've ever seen. Couldn't put a piece of bacon between those sorry looking bits. This week I order two big crunch sandwiches and this is my big Crunch. Thanks for the disgusting amount of mayo too!

usually have great chicken here. we went tonight and chicken was tiny. it was also dry. probably overcooked because it was so small
I tried a 5 special. it was tasteless. The chicken sandwich was tough and without taste. The fries were not greasy. the little mini chicken nuggets were bland. Spend 10 and upgrade your meal. It is better.
My girlfriend went and got a 2 piece dinner (small pieces) and they told her it would be 15 minutes for more chicken. I went 15 minutes later (an hour before they closed) and was told that it would be another 15 minutes for any chicken to be ready. So much for fast food!
Best one in Niagara. The staff is always super friendly. And Joe is always happy
Just ordered an 8 piece with med fries and the guy was ranting and raving about record breaking sales and i got home with my son to find we only got 6 pieces....but at this point im out of time my son needs to eat and deserves to enjoy his evening not in and out of a car seat.......very frusterating when you are at the mercy of good service that it seldom comes around

Communication between Managers is lacking.I placed my order 2 days in advance to not stand in line for an hr. When I arrived The Order was not ready and the Owner didn't know anything about it. Since I had prepaid It only took an half an hour to get out with my order.
