We ordered a package from a company in our name but had it sent to a friend of ours who lives several streets away from us as it was really for them. We really should have put their names on it but it the site wouldn't allow us to change that. Our delivery person knocked on our door the morning he delivered the package to our friends and asked if this was an error as he recognized the name. That's service plus !

Let me just preface this review by saying that those working in the office have been super helpful in resolving any issues that have occurred. Now, one of the items I ordered was thought to have been delivered to an empty field, according to one of the office employees. The lady who delivered it couldn't remember where she had dropped it off, and it just leaves me wondering why anyone would try and guess about an address if they weren't sure. My latest item wasn't delivered due to an 'issue with the community mailbox', when my address isn't linked to one AND I have specified to leave my package at my front door. I wasn't even contacted about this issue, so it's like they just gave up. Honestly, no hard feelings towards anyone, it's just something I hope that they can improve on in the future, since I never have an issue with any other delivery service, so I dread whenever Canada Post is my only option.
Currently not getting mail like I use to. Mail lady seems to be to busy talking on her phone and smoking cigarettes..I'm not getting important mail, and my neighbours have the same complaint. Would be nice to get the Australian guy back, he did it properly. This woman does not deserve her job!
The last two packages we ordered have been delivered to our neighbours address instead of our house within a week of each other. I find it funny that our house is clearly marked and visible from the street so I can’t figure out what the issue is. Both times I had to call the office knowing it wasn’t their fault to see if we could find where our package was. The neighbour was kind enough to return them before I was able to get a response from the Canada Post Delivery Supervisor. I will say that our regular Daily delivery person is amazing!!

I have had nothing but issues with getting packages delivered to my address. Every single time they have a "verifying customer address" and when I go to the actual post office, the employees at the desk are FANTASTIC and go and find my package for me and EACH TIME they explain that there's no reason that they should not be dropping it off to my address as it is not a challenging spot to deliver a package. This has happened 3 times now all because the delivery people can't spend 2 minutes to look for the mailbox which is RIGHT BESIDE the door in the parking lot/slash driveway. I am the ONLY resident living at this address.

Very grateful service, and the mail person always obeys and listens to my No Junk Mail sign.
