My girlfriend and I booked a cruise for November 29th of this year. We received an email three weeks prior that our trip was canceled. We tried to move the date for February 2021 (same type of cruise, destinations, and days) but they wanted to charge us more instead of the same price. If we wanted to book the same price we, would have to only book around the same time of the year in 2021! Who the hell would want to wait another year to go on a cruise? I gave the Department's many chances to reconsider but they decided to lose 2,500 instead of just 900. Their resolution department is slammed with calls because many customers are unsatisfied. Just do yourself a favor and get a refund. Keep track of your refund for the next 45 days. Ive read other reviews that people have still not received their refund.
BEWARE. If you cancel, refunds may not come. I've waited 67 days since I cancelled (they tell you 30 to 45 days and when you call they will admit that is false) still no refund. The refunds are not all at once. They are nickels and dimes. Your bank account will be peppered with deposits if they do deposit anything. Do research and see what people are going through trying to get refunds. A shame.
Super fast check in process. Terminal A serves royal Caribbean mariner of the seas- it took us around 20 mins to get through bag drop off, security and onto the boat. Very helpful staff and straightforward process
