Apparently they cut off your gas whenever the feel like it without any notification. We paid our balance less than a month ago and have not receive a phone call or new bill yet. We just came home from baseball practice to a cold house and no hot water.
After calling for weeks sending emails calling 811 , having them Mark the lines so that everyone knows we are demolishing our house to build a new one.... When they finally came out...they only had orders to disconnect service! 811 would NOT have had to come if that we're we' case! For 2 days and a dozen calls..every time I call, they STILL do not show we are demolitioning the house! Had to put contractor and demo crew on hold until.. who knows. Most incompetent company I've ever dealt with!
Very friendly when trying to start new service. I love the discount of using auto pay to knock off the deposit. That was nice.
