Great experience! ! I am 67 and probably have bought 25 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience ever! Starting with my initial contact with the smiling voice of Lucy, to my fantastic salesman, Wes Buck, who was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate throughout the whole transaction, to the final wrap up with their credit Guru. Bought a preowned and locally owned 2013 Toyota Tundra 4x4 with 46K miles. We negotiated a fair price and they agreed to add a bed liner. The sales guy (sorry I can't remember his name but he'll remember the car) delivered it to my home in Port Townsend after taking it down to Tacoma to get the liner installed. Good service and I love the truck! Absolutely love the truck.

I was in for an oil change on my current truck and saw the Tundra Crewmax Platinum that I've been dreaming about, so I took it on a test drive. The salesman was Alex, it was his first day. He made sure they worked hard to get it ready for us and that everything got completed in a timely manner. Wes was able to work out a good deal on the vehicle and my wife was extremely happy with her new truck.
