I have collected my new Cayenne Coupe from Porsche Teesside in January 2021........The whole experience for buying the car was excellent......specially in a very strange time of the pandemic with restricted visits and viewings. I was met by Stuart Thorpe who is an excellent sales executive. Unlike any other Sales Exec, Stuart is very easy going, not pushy, very honest and gives you only factual details and avoids giving any promises that he won't be able to keep. Unlike other sales men I met in other prestigious show rooms, when they can be quite arrogant, Stuart is very down to earth, trying his best to explain things and offer help while giving you space to think and decide for yourself. He arranged for test drive in very short time, and guided me through the whole process with continuous regular updates. I felt very comfortable dealing with Stuart and Porsche Teesside mainly for being relaxed without feeling pushed and taken advantage of, I made my decisions based on my own circumstances, and put my order when I felt comfortable rather than pushed around with eager sales team.....the after-sale service is great so far with regular checks to solve any small niggling problems and offering more explanation and checks, I can't praise Stuart and the team at Porsche Teeside enough for a job very elegantly and professionally done. I first started using OPC Teesside when it first opened and quickly met Simon who I now deal with along with Colin. 3 cars later I’m now in my favourite car to date and one that Simon truly helped me secure and enjoy. You can buy a Porsche in many places nationwide but I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of the people, the approach and the way we can interact to all succeed. I consider them friends not people I visit when I need something. Being in business myself I know how hard this is to create and how obsessed you have to be to make customers feel this way. Keep it up, keep the cars and opportunities coming️
Have now purchased 2 cars from Porsche Teesside in the last 2 years, despite living quite some distance away from the area. The last one was a Macan GTS for my wife and Stuart Thorpe did a great job of looking after us from my initial enquiry through to the handover.
