Superb service from the team at Porsche Centre Leeds. I booked a service to resolve a couple of issues on my Macan. The service was superb and professional from the moment I booked the appointment to arriving at the dealership. The communication from Will and the team was great, completely managing my expectations. This was my first experience dealing with Porsche and a very positive experience.
I bought a new Porsche from Porsche Leeds in 2014 and for the past 6 years have returned to have all the routine maintenance, servicing and MOT’s completed by their technicians. It was about time, therefore, that I wrote a review to tell others just how good they are. Polite friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians and caring managers. I have just had a service done and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service from a very professional company. I would recommend them without hesitation.
This is the BEST dealership I have used for servicing any make of car I have owned (and there have been a lot) Although I've never bought a car from Porsche Leeds they have looked after my treasured 997 Carrera S since 2016 . The customer service is exceptional, particularly from Sandeep Rhall who is the Front of House Manager and always returns calls promptly and, if it's even possible, makes spending money on the car a lot less painful. Nothing is too much trouble, especially given they didn't even supply the car. The technicians also deserve a mention as, whenever I want to know what's been done to the car they will take time to carefully show me and explain so I can understand. I'm sure buying a car from PCL would be equally as pleasurable and perhaps one day I'll be lucky enough to do so. The 997 is a keeper though ! Thanks so much guys
