Great service, sandwiches, and cakes! We walked in without pre booking an afternoon tea and the staff were happy to make it for us. I had the best Blondie ever. Carrot cake was moist and perfectly spiced. The scones were lovely and warm, jam fresh. The sandwiches too were fresh and you could tell the quality of the ingredients. I would highly recommend this place.

Awesome as always. Poppy and staff are so welcoming and friendly and the food and drinks are always delicious. The tea room is so pretty and they've adapted to Covid brilliantly. Will continue to treat ourselves at Poppy Rose's Tearoom!
The Service and Food was excellent and it is a shame that people will not be able to enjoy a visit to this lovely vintage Tea Room again, until God knows when. The Afternoon Tea is excellent value for money. Visited on Halloween, so it was decorated appropriately.
Fantastic little place! So much thought and detail has gone in to the decor, service and food. And they do Gluten Free which is always a bonus for us!
Poppy is the perfect host and her tearoom is a little piece of heaven, her afternoon is beautiful and tastes delicious, all her sandwiches and cakes are homemade. It’s our favourite place.
