My boys (5 and 8) had a brilliant week at Summer camp last week - friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make their week fun filled. I cannot recommend this camp highly enough. A really safe environment. Plenty of activities, all age appropriate and excellent communication throughout. Nothing too much trouble and the boys absolutely cannot wait for their swimming lessons to begin again in September. Thanks Poolside for another amazing week!

Very very very friendly staff, as a family we have been with Poolside Manor for more than 4 years now and we planning to be with them for future too, our kid's ( 7& 4 years old) swimming performance became very high! We recommended there services to other families at my kid's school which they're very happy and appreciated the recommendations! It does get busy sometimes which we as a family understand because of their excellent services, when we had an issues before like booking, cleaning facilities during parties, changing classes and building work done we could see how they tried there best to please everyone and make it convenience for most of us! It does meet our expectations and there is reasons why they are very busy and fully booked!!!!!
Lovely environment for kids to learn and the teaching is fantastic. My boy has improved so much since coming to PSM and loves coming here. Thanks to all, especially Vicky!
Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a bespoke \Under the Sea\ 7m digital dome experience to 130 children aged 3-13 at a Poolside Manor summer school event. I was warmly welcomed by the organisers and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. I was well looked after throughout the day with food and refreshments. The programme was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved children enjoyed diving under the sea to explore life in coral reefs and learn about the rich diversity of living things that have existed across geological time. All performances ended with wacky and thrilling roller coaster rides. Thank you Poolside Manor for another very pleasant summer visit.
Called for information about summer courses. A young puzzled voice replied and, not knowing what to answer to my questions, handed the phone over to a rude, older woman who started telling me that they were flooded with requests. Sounded expeditive and intimidating. Result: I am NOT booking with people without basic manners. If you want my money, learn how to treat your potential customers with respect :)
