Fantastic park BUT beware of carpark opposite side of lake its full if deep pot holes and bricks where kids are throwing into the water. Apart from that this is a beautiful easy to walk, cycle and for wheelchair or scooter users to be able to enjoy a lovely ramble along.

I really like it here. Best tea, coffee & cakes in any country park you'll ever visit. Nice shorter walk around the lake as well, even my 77 year old dad managed it.

Been here a couple of times now, and would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to feed the ducks and have a nice pleasant walk around the lake. Especially with the car park being FREE, you can go for a day out and take a picnic like we did and it costing you absolutely nothing. Pros: •FREE parking •Cafe on-site •Public Toilets •Playground for kids •Loads of ducks and geese to feed •Nice open field to play games on •Scenic walk around the lake Cons: •Not as nice as places like Rother Valley

Really enjoyed our walk this morning. There was quite a few people on the park walking, cycling and jogging. There clearly was families meeting up although under the current rules they shouldn't be!!

Great little hidden gem this place. Nice little cafe, plenty of benches and a great view over the lake. There is even some proper little fishing spots if that's your thing. There is also a decent amount of play equipment too although some of it is looking a bit \ tired\ and needs replacing. Overall though it's proper nice place to visit.
