Friendly service, great selection & competitive prices along with open 7 days a week, thank you.
I've just been served brilliantly by Reif who was both knowledgeable and patient as I worked my way through jacket/trouser combo's! I would highly recommend The Gearbox to anyone needing anything to do with biking. I shall be back for more gear in due course.
what a lovely place!! I was made to feel very welcome I was gong to walk home but then got chatting what a great team chatted in front of the shop while the bike was getting done round the back even made me a coffee. Really helpful could have stayed there alot longer chatting. 100% will be coming back just all round lovely experience. cost was really good for the work they done. very happy and will 100% be using them again. Just popped in on Saturday afternoon to get my chain adjusted, unfortunately on closer inspection said chain was ready for the bin due to the mileage it had done, anyway, luckily for me, there happened to be be a high end sprocket set and chain just waiting on the shelf and Darren dropped everything he was doing to keep me safe and keep me mobile as he knows my bike is my only transport, this place, in my opinion, is the only bike shop in the Poole area worth visiting !!
