Thank you so much for the best customer service ever. Glen and Connor have been so helpful re sorting out some faulty wakeboard bindings. Always cheerful and obliging, with quick responses, I was never left wondering what was happening and I'm more than happy with the outcome. The whole thing was stress free. Thank you again to both of you.

Terrible customer service. Purchased wetsuit leggings through their Ebay shop, wore once for 20 minutes, and then when I got out of the water, realised there were a number of small fissures in the surface of the neoprene (see photos). While the neoprene is fairly thin, I would at MINIMUM expect the product to be fit for purpose, and not break down in such a way after the first wear, and having been handled very carefully. S2AS have since tried to fob me off with a defective product, blaming 'nail damage' for what is clearly the result of stress on an insufficiently strong material. I requested a replacement - with which they could have taken the defective product and taken it up with the manufacturer with the leggings in person, however this is too much trouble and so they are just trying to fob me off again. Awful. Avoid! In response to your further comment below, as I said on Facebook: Oh please feel free to add all the messages - this is not an untrue or inaccurate representation. You were all too quick to fob me off with a 'oh it's fingernails'. I was more than happy to return them to you, so you could actually take it up with the manufacturer - like I said initially, it may well have been the case that this was a defective batch and therefore I've just been unlucky, but you could not have been quicker to wait until I'd had to chase you up for a response and then simply stick with the 'oh it's fingernails' story. At no point did I feel like there was any sense of appreciation for the disappointment of purchasing something only to find out it's not fit for purpose, despite being billed as 'highly durable' - something they very simply quite clearly aren't. Instead, the decision to paint me as a liar instead was easier for you to do instead of taking them back, bringing it to the manufacturer's attention and actually doing anything resembling a thorough investigation. Very poor.
