I enjoy dropping into this store for a chat and to pick up some random wacky gift ideas. There is always a friendly member of staff on the shop floor to assist and the shop floor displays are very eye catching. Dog friendly. I visit every six weeks.

Popped in here as I could see there was a clearance sale (always on the look out for a bargain!). Purchased a couple of lovely items, excellent quality and good value for money. We also quizzed a couple of members of staff about a variety of items and they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and polite on all occasions - super shopping experience, thank you.

We have just been to this Robert dyas shop in Poole. We where so impressed withe the service we received from the staff we where served by a chap called Jamel. He could not do enough for us checking the stock levels and being very polite. The other member of staff was going out of his way for other customers. This is such a rare thing now days we'll done and thank you.

I purchased a sun umbrella brand Monaco about 3 weeks ago. A week later the umbrella broke. I phoned to ask if I could get a replacement umbrella as, I no longer had my receipt. Was told no receipt no replacement. I found it hard to believe. As, I was not asking for any funds back just a replacement. From today I will never step foot in any Robert Dyas shop.
