Fantastic service and a very warm welcome. We didn't really know what we wanted but Steve was very helpful and showed us everything in our price range. We ended up going for a nice ivar 5 stove as it suited our needs and is very simple to use. We will definitely return in the future when we decide to get the multi fuel kit. Customer service is the best I've received for a very long time. Keep up the good work.

the customer service in this shop leaves a lot to be desired, we purchased a Gazzo huntingdon 30 fire, while purchasing it, we were informed that it comes with a standard remote control, but we could upgrade to a thermostatic model, we declined we paid for the fire and waited for delivery. we received the fire 3 weeks later we unpacked the fire and checked the contents, but no standard remote we pop back to the shop and enquired where the remote is,we are now told that this doesn't come with a remote and if we want one they are 165.00, the fire cost nearly 1400.00 i will not be buying anything from this shop and i will let everyone i meet that this inst a business that anyone should use so much for local people trying to support a local company
