First-class service, I've bought two bikes from them. Friendly staff who learn your name very quickly. Efficient workshop. I trust them. Riding school courses were excellent. Even if I didn't buy Honda, I'd still take the bike back to them for servicing. Not pushy either, and they give honest advice (I do tend to stick with Honda for hi-tech reliability, mpg, build quality and price though).

3rd August 2019 - Just purchased a 2017 PCX125 Scooter from Honda, Bournemouth. I drove up from Devon to collect it, but got severely delayed by holiday traffic on A35. When I rang to say I would not be there until after they closed at 5pm, John the owner could not have been more helpful and kept the shop open especially for me, even though he and some staff and customers were waiting to ride off to Wales for a long weekend. The bike is brilliant, exactly as described and has exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank all the staff who rallied around when I arrived, to help me with choosing a crash helmet, showing me the functions on the scooter and help me load it into my van. Sorry lads if I spoilt your 'Snowdonia' get away - thank you for staying behind on a Saturday evening just so I could get my scooter. Would recommend this Honda dealer without hesitation, they deserve 6 stars. Very professional and outstanding service, seldom seen in this day and age. This a is a genuine review and here is a picture of my pride and joy. I have no affiliation with Honda, Bournemouth whatsoever and until last week did not even know of them. Having myself worked in car sales many years ago, I can truthfully say there is no sales sleaze here. Genuine, honest people. Thank you to all!!! ******
