Following the recent installation of our Gasco stove and limestone fire surround, we would like to express our thanks to Andy and his team in overcoming a few unexpected ‘surprises’ during the removal of the old fireplace(s) and fitting the new work in such a professional manner. An outstanding service provided by Gas Appliance Superstore. Took us some time to decide what we actually wanted, but they were patient and advised us on our choices. Install time was very quick from order and majority of the install was completed within 1 day. A few additional days for plastering to allow drying time. The quality of the install is A Class, and I can be very picky when it comes to the finished look. If you're looking for an installation, this company will use the correct products and not cut corners. I would highly recommend using them and have already suggested friends and family to make contact.

We visited the showroom before lock down but then managed very easily to place the order and arrange for additional plaster repairs to the fireplace area all by email. On installation day the wall repairs were carried out and the existing fireplace removed, just leaving our new fireplace with integrated fire to be fitted the following day. The two fitters were very pleasant and we are absolutely thrilled with the fire. We would definitely recommend the Gas Appliance Superstore.
