They are covid aware. We have our temperature taken at every visit. They have track and trace. There are cleaning facilities all around the gym. The staff are cleaning constantly. We also clean equipment before and after use

Membership card Not working, their system not working, unable to use a lockers today. Was told to use my car. Worst service iv ever had and iv only been a member for 3 days! Just walked out and never trained........ Sunday 13th May 2018 yet again only cold showers No hot water at all. It is becoming a joke to go, it costs me 45 a month. Once membership comes to an end, I'm off. The showers need a deep clean or a refit
We went to watch an event. It seemed like a well equipped gym, with a nice cafe and plenty of parking. Very open feel, which I liked.
I really loved this place. It is the best gym that I have been to. I made some great gainz here. Me and my gym buddy had a great time. All the equipment is great. You can really tell that this is the flagship gym of Fitness First. Me and my gym buddy had some great times here. I would fully recommend to everyone.
