I have dealt with Charles Trent twice, once delivery which was 2 x Ford Focus doors. These were delivered on a pallet upright and wrapped very well hence perfect condition when unwrapped. Today I collected a Ford Focus complete front end, the whole process from dealing with Peter in sales earlier in the week to dealing with reception on collection, even the fork lift driver who loaded my car was so helpful. It is is very rare to find a company as good as this in this day and age, They are now my go to place for car parts. Well done Charles Trent Poole.

Excellent service. Collected my car at a time that suited me and driver was polite & worked efficiently.
We can't emphasis how reasonably price these people are ... very professional,,scrap your preconceptions of car scrapyard! This is a very professional vehicle dismantlers company who justly deserve 5***** for packing posting and communications. Thank you people this is how business should be done ! Brilliant
Charles Trent are so efficient at what they do. Car collected promptly paid promptly. They are so polite and kind. I was heartbroken about my car but they've been wonderful about it. I'd highly reccomend them. The collection driver worked so fast, no messing... Bye Vox xx
Guys over at Trent's are very helpful, I called up to see if they had the part I needed. Within in 10 minutes I had it in my hands. Very good and totally social distanced.
