Messaged them on the Saturday about a car and they got back to me on the Tuesday telling me it had gone. Really bad service. It also seems it's not only me who is being let down as going by your comment your not even talking about the right car.... but I'm sure you've got an excuse as you have with the others that come forward

John and Paul were really good with me from the moment I called them regarding a Suzuki Swift Sport they had for sale. The car was attractively priced, but I live 280 miles away from Poole Motors. Both John and Paul were extremely helpful, hard working and committed in sending me multiple images of the vehicle to confirm and build my confidence in the car's condition so that I could justify the journey down to see it. They were patient and listened to my needs. They were very understanding of the circumstances regarding travel and knew exactly what I was looking for from the car. After a week of solid customer service from these genuine and honest guys, I drove down with a good friend and we picked up the car. It certainly checked out. Its a lovely little motor in fantastic condition and I feel that I've been very well looked after throughout my entire experience with Poole Bay Motors. The car was serviced and MOT'd in time for my arrival. The car was very nicely presented and John makes a great brew! 12 months roadside breakdown assistance and 6 months of warranty sealed the deal and really backed up the car for me. I drove many a happy mile home! Great cars in great condition. Genuine people!
We brought a car from this garage a few months ago. We were really pleased with the customer service we received at the time. Unfortunately I had noticed something wasn’t quite right with the car this week so I called them up to see if they could help. Their workshop team were fantastic. The fault was diagnosed, part ordered and fitted within a couple of days. All covered by their extensive warranty. All staff have been polite, kind and helpful.
I have recently purchased a hyundai i800 from Poole Bay motors, very happy with the sales team. We have bought 4 cars from them over the years never had a problem very nice people to deal with. Thankyou Mike and chloe.
