Great store and brilliant collection of sweets but terrible online service if you want to order sweets. No acknowledgement or status updates of when order will be processed despite their next day delivery promise (as long as within 12pm cut off). I mailed and called and yet no status update on my order. My need for sweets for an auspicious occasion came and went and yet I have no sweets. So DO NOT ORDER online. You'll be better off getting Nirala sweets on deliveroo if you need sweets delivered to your home.

Very tasty sweets and savoury. I bought Dal vadai, Samosa and Pakkora. Would recommend this store to everyone. The customer service is very good too.

Pooja tooting broadway sweets 1/2 kilo 4.50 for mixed ladoos, 1/2 kilo 4.70 for yellow chum chum (Indian sweets). Total price 9.20 Paid by card. This is the best Indian sweets you will ever find at a good value price in Tooting. Everything is halal. The customer service is just great, the customer attendant helped me choose indian sweets to choose as gifts as I Have no idea. Just truly wonderful and super polite with a smile helpful customer service. Keep in mind there is at least 20 customers in the shop at 6pm. They are open from 9am-9pm The place was packed and they had at least 5 staff on hand to help you with anything. Such a polite guy and helped me so smoothly choose which Indian sweets is great within a budget and as a small gift. Always go here for the best Indian sweets. Definitely kept me as a longtime customers.
